About Me
Originally from Carlsbad, California, I'm currently a senior strategic communications and creative writing student at Miami University with a passion for cooking and fuzzy blankets. In the future, I'm hoping for a career in public relations and communications and also have an interest in research.
In my free time, and on a daily basis, you can hear me singing show tunes around my apartment, experimenting with new recipes, and trying out new workout routines.
Some my favorite achievements to date was studying a semester abroad in Ireland for five months in addition to living in a new city over the summer for a marketing internship in Chicago.
My Travels
From January, 2018 through early June 2018, I traveled and studied in Europe. Attending the University of Limerick, I took a variety of courses in topics such as Travel Writing, Marketing, and Media Discourse. I also was given the opportunity to not only see most of Ireland, but also visit several countries including: Scotland, Hungry, Italy, France, Amsterdam, Belgium, and Northern Ireland.

A Chicago transplant, I'm originally from Carlsbad, California, land of acaí bowls and sandy beaches. After graduating in 2019 from Miami University with degrees in Strategic Communication and Creative Writing, I moved to the midwest to pursue my passion in communications and marketing. Over five plus years, I've gained experience in media relations, content creation and strategy, social media, email marketing, digital marketing functions, in addition to other marketing and communications practices within an agency, start-up and corporate setting.
In my free time and on a daily basis, you can hear me singing show tunes around my apartment, experimenting with new recipes and trying out new workout routines. Some my favorite achievements to date are: moving across the country to begin my communications and marketing career; getting media placements in outlets including CNN, GMA, FOX and others; and developing social media strategies that achieved over 20% growth YOY on key platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
