Case Studies

Below are examples of case studies–Blackbaud and ReturnRunners–I created during an internship with ConceptDrop, a Chicago startup. The documents were formed after interviews with current and previous clients.

Case studies examples from my time at Prophet–Hootsuite and AB inBev–required liaising with platform and vertical marketing teams to obtain assets like copy and graphics. I was responsible for copyediting, formatting, publishing and promoting the content.
